"Helping you find your truth"
Life is a journey where most of us get thrown off course by detours and wrong pathways. Depending how far we travel down those misguided roads, most of us may become unconscious and we make choices that result in falling down the black rabbit hole of depression, anxiety, and loss of healthy relationships. We may also lose a sense of our true selves. Somewhere in the darkness, we lose a sense of our truth and we can lose the meaning and purpose of our lives. Life throws storms in our way, such as loss, either through the death of those we love, a loss of a job, or lost dreams that can spiral us further down the dark deep rabbit hole. But there is hope...
Hope is the key that begins to unlock the process of finding our truth, our authentic self, which is never totally lost. It may feel that way, but with work through psychotherapy, there is a key that puts us on the road of finding our authentic truth. The key is the commitment to work hard to find the truth that dwells deep within our soul. This key unlocks the door that takes us out of psychological pain and loss of ourselves, to new beginnings, new perspectives, and the genuine truth about ourselves.
As a result of the work committed to in therapy, the door of psychological pain opens to a new understanding of ourselves. We begin to recognize our truth. What is our truth? Perceiving ourselves and understanding ourselves as we really are, and not with false perceptions of who we may have believed ourselves to be as young children, or from the pain of the storms of life. The truth is that we all have a place and purpose to our lives in the world. When we live an honest life, we participate in life authentically.
